Hi-Line Training is a division of RSK Hi-Line Ltd, part of the RSK group. Based near Exeter, UK, we offer training courses from our hub, which includes classrooms and workshop facilities, in addition to off-site woodlands in the local area.
The company began in 2008 as an in-house training facility for Hi-Line employees. Over the past ten years, we established Hi-Line Training as a well-respected independent training provider that offers a wide range of courses to individuals and large and small organisations. Today, we are one of the UK’s leading arboriculture and specialist first aid training providers.
We are recognised for setting the standard in offering high-quality, up-to-date chainsaw, arboriculture, forestry and specialist first-aid tutoring and assessments, as well as a thorough LOLER kit examination service. Our fully qualified instructors are skilled and experienced arborists, having worked across all sectors of the industry. We deliver bespoke-designed courses, workshops and team-safety days, in addition to industry-accredited qualifications, including City and Guilds NPTC, covering a range of land-based skills.
Priding ourselves on not only educating arborists of the future but also training those already skilled in arboriculture, we cater for all abilities and learning styles. With extensive site experience, our instructors work patiently with each individual to ensure that they gain as much as possible from our courses.
As utility arboriculture experts, we provide industry-specific instruction packages to individuals or organisations requiring distribution network operator qualifications. If your organisation requires a high level of training, we can create bespoke courses and assessment packages to meet your needs.
Additionally, our team helps to educate a wider audience about the benefits of working with trees, including running arboriculture sessions for the military charity HighGround, assisting local Scouts groups with activities to gain their Forester Activity Badges and delivering talks to schools and colleges.
